Escondido

Escondido runs hotter than the coast, and that heat is hard on roofs. Underlayment dries out faster, shingles lose their granules sooner, and pipe boots crack in the sun.

Old Escondido has some of the oldest housing in North County, and those roofs often have layers of past repairs on them. We sort out what's worth keeping and what needs to go, and put it in a written estimate.

Out in Hidden Meadows and the hillside neighborhoods, we also see plenty of wind-lifted tiles and gutters packed with leaves. Both are simple fixes when they're caught early.
