Solana Beach

Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe have some of the most beautiful clay tile roofs in the county. Clay tile lasts a long time, but it's brittle, and it takes care to walk on without cracking.

We replace broken clay tiles with matching pieces, reset slipped tiles, and replace the corroded flashing that coastal air leaves behind.

These communities are at the southern edge of our North County coverage, and they get the same crew, the same written estimates, and the same photo documentation as homes five minutes from our shop.
